Our star of courage: Madeline (Maddie) Grace

Courage

Courage. Strength in the face of pain or grief.

Courage. Mental or moral strength to venture, preserve, and withstand danger, fear or difficulty.

Courage. The quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, pain without fear.

Courage. Synonymous with bravery.

We all have courage.

Whether it’s the courage to try something new, to take on a competitor, to say hello to someone you don’t know, to get out of bed when you are feeling weak, or to speak openly about your struggles.

We all have courage.

By conscientiously connecting with our inner courage through resilience training, self-awareness, compassion and confidence we can find our inner voice and action to activate our courage.

I have courage.

You have courage.

Maddie had courage.

She is our #starofcourage
